Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
At Ayarı Kaçanlar, the security and privacy of your personal data are extremely important to us. This policy explains which data we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have.
1. What Data Do We Collect?
To receive your order and deliver it, we ask you for the following information:
- First and last name
- Delivery address (city, district, neighborhood and full address)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order contents and details
This information is provided by you only when you place an order. Simply visiting the site does not require you to provide this information. However, as with any website, the infrastructure provider hosting the site briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the site to you and protect it against abuse.
2. Why Do We Use Your Data?
The personal data we collect is processed only for the following purposes:
- Order management: Receiving, confirming, producing and shipping your order.
- Customer communication: Contacting you about order confirmation, payment details and shipment tracking.
- Legal obligations: Sharing information with competent authorities where required by applicable law.
Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Who Do We Share Your Data With?
Your data is shared with the following parties only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order:
- Shipping company: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
- Google: your order details are stored in Google Sheets and your order confirmation is sent via Gmail. Google processes your data on our behalf, as a data processor, in these services.
- Cloudflare: hosting and security of the site. When you visit the site, the technical data mentioned above is processed by Cloudflare.
Google's and Cloudflare's servers may be located outside Turkey. Your data is therefore transferred abroad within the scope of Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Apart from these, your data is not shared with any third party.
4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
Your personal data is kept after your order is completed in line with applicable legal obligations (up to 10 years for commercial records). Data whose legal retention period has expired is securely deleted.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Object to any outcome against you that arises from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data was processed unlawfully.
